It was a short week in most of (North) Asia with the lunar new year festivities. That didn’t stop our friends across the Pacific from churning out some great stuff. Here’s what we liked:

Content management systems (CMS), RSS readers, web analytics, Twitter clients, and SEO toolbars – are just some of the way you can distribute and optimize on the social web.
